Between the Lines: Using Kids Books to Talk About Big Topics | Friday, 2/2 from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Wilmette Public Library Auditorium

Wilmette Public Library, in collaboration with the McKenzie Elementary PTA, invites parents and caregivers to build community through this interactive picture book workshop. Children 4 and older can enjoy story time and crafts while adults attend.

Yearbook Cover Contest starts now!

4th Grade McKenzie students are invited to draw their favorite McKenzie-inspired artwork for the yearbook. Entries due to the front desk by F 10/13. For rules and contest template, please click here.

McKenzie Book Fair!

McKenzie's Book Fair will be open October 10 - 13, and we need lots of volunteers to make it a success. 50% of all sales benefit McKenzie. Stock up on holiday gifts (including McKenzie gear) and help our school at the same time!

Sponsor a new library book in honor of your child's birthday!

They will pick from the librarian's selections, will be the first to check it out, and have a dedication sticker added. Summer birthdays are celebrated on half birthdays. Don't forget to both fill out the form and check out.

Friends of the Wilmette Public Library invites you to our Pop-Up Shop September 9, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Wilmette Public Library, 1242 Wilmette Avenue. Items are priced at $1 for picture books, YA Novels, and more; cash only, please. Some proceeds will benefit Maui Friends of the Library.
