2025 Annual Book Fair

McKenzie Book Fair will take place September 15–19, and we need many volunteers to make it a success!

Volunteer opportunities

• Monday 9/15: Help set up the fair from 12pm-2pm. (You don't have to stay for the entire time; any help is appreciated!)

• Tuesday 9/16 through Friday 9/19:

  • Cashier: Work the cash register (It's fun and easy!)

  • Floater: Clean up displays, restock books

  • Greeter: Open the door for shoppers, since the door needs to remain locked and cannot be propped open.

• Friday 9/19: Help take down the fair from 4pm to 5:30pm (or earlier)

Fair hours

• Tuesday (9/16) 10am–7:30pm

• Wednesday (9/17) 10am–5pm

• Thursday (9/18)  2pm–7:30pm

• Friday (9/19) 10am–4pm

Children are welcome to join you during any shift(s).
